The one-off set-up fee is the same as one month. It covers building your brand kit, tidying your profiles, setting up your upload link and scheduling, and planning your first month. 3-month minimum, then rolling monthly with 30 days’ notice. All prices + VAT.

Once a week is the minimum to look open and active. Two or three posts a week, on our Active Plus and Always On plans, suit cafés with regular specials or events.

Yes. We send you next month’s posts by the 25th, with one round of changes on each. Nothing goes live without your say-so.

Yes. We work with cafés and coffee shops anywhere in the UK, fully online. Our team is based in Bristol, and photo shoots are available in Bristol and Bath.
