The one-off set-up fee is the same as one month. It covers building your brand kit, tidying your profiles, setting up your upload link and scheduling, and planning your first month. 3-month minimum, then rolling monthly with 30 days’ notice. All prices + VAT.

How far ahead do you plan?
We send you next month’s posts by the 25th, so seasonal posts like Christmas gift guides are planned well ahead.
How much does social media management for independent shops cost?
Socially Active plans cost £150, £250 or £350 + VAT a month for one, two or three branded posts a week, published to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile. There is a one-off onboarding fee equal to one month, and a 3-month minimum term.
Do I approve every post?
Yes. We send you next month’s posts by the 25th, with one round of changes on each. Nothing goes live without your say-so.
Do you work with independent shops outside Bristol?
Yes. We work with independent shops anywhere in the UK, fully online. Our team is based in Bristol, and photo shoots are available in Bristol and Bath.
