The one-off set-up fee is the same as one month. It covers building your brand kit, tidying your profiles, setting up your upload link and scheduling, and planning your first month. 3-month minimum, then rolling monthly with 30 days’ notice. All prices + VAT.

Do you make videos and Reels for gyms?
No. Socially Active is branded static posts, with stories as an add-on. If you want video, our full agency, Compelite Pro, does that.
Can you post our class timetable?
Yes. Send it over with your monthly photos and we will turn it into branded posts.
How much does social media management for gyms, studios and personal trainers cost?
Socially Active plans cost £150, £250 or £350 + VAT a month for one, two or three branded posts a week, published to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile. There is a one-off onboarding fee equal to one month, and a 3-month minimum term.
Do I approve every post?
Yes. We send you next month’s posts by the 25th, with one round of changes on each. Nothing goes live without your say-so.
Do you work with gyms, studios and personal trainers outside Bristol?
Yes. We work with gyms, studios and personal trainers anywhere in the UK, fully online. Our team is based in Bristol, and photo shoots are available in Bristol and Bath.
