The one-off set-up fee is the same as one month. It covers building your brand kit, tidying your profiles, setting up your upload link and scheduling, and planning your first month. 3-month minimum, then rolling monthly with 30 days’ notice. All prices + VAT.

Can you post every new listing?
Our plans include one, two or three posts a week. Busy agents usually pick Always On, and we feature the best listings each week. Stories can be added for more.
Can posts link to our listings?
Yes. We can link to your listings wherever they are, including your own website.
How much does social media management for estate and letting agents cost?
Socially Active plans cost £150, £250 or £350 + VAT a month for one, two or three branded posts a week, published to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile. There is a one-off onboarding fee equal to one month, and a 3-month minimum term.
Do I approve every post?
Yes. We send you next month’s posts by the 25th, with one round of changes on each. Nothing goes live without your say-so.
Do you work with estate and letting agents outside Bristol?
Yes. We work with estate and letting agents anywhere in the UK, fully online. Our team is based in Bristol, and photo shoots are available in Bristol and Bath.
