The small print, in plain English.

Commitment and payment

• Minimum term of 3 months from your first billing date, then rolling monthly. The only exception is our first-month guarantee, below.
• A one-off onboarding fee, equal to one month of your plan, is taken at sign-up with your first month.
• 30 days’ written notice to cancel, effective from your next billing date.
• Payment by card, collected automatically on the same date each month. Autopay is required.
• All prices exclude VAT.

Our first-month guarantee

• If you don’t love your first month’s posts, tell us and we’ll rewrite them free, on top of your usual round of amends.
• Still not happy? You can cancel after your first month, with no 3-month minimum. Email [email protected] before your second monthly payment is taken and we won’t take any more payments.
• Your set-up fee and first month’s payment aren’t refunded.
• The guarantee applies once, to your first Socially Active plan.

Your content

• You supply imagery through your upload link. We need at least 10 images to begin.
• Imagery must be your own or licensed for your use. You confirm you hold the rights to anything you upload.
• If we have no usable imagery for a month, we use branded graphic templates rather than skip your posts.

Approval

• Posts for the following month are sent for approval by the 25th.
• One round of amends per post, returned within 3 working days.
• If we don’t hear from you by the scheduled publish date, posts go live as drafted. Charges apply either way.

What’s included

• Posts are published to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile. One post means one piece of content across all four.
• You grant us access to those accounts and keep full ownership of all accounts and content.
• Support is by email, with a response within 2 working days.
• Socially Active doesn’t include a named account manager, phone support, engagement or community management, or video.
• Stories add-ons publish to Instagram and Facebook only and follow the same approval process.

Photography add-on

• One 2-hour shoot every 4 months (3 a year), scheduled in advance. Shoots can’t be banked or carried over.
• 12-month minimum term.
• Travel included within Bristol and Bath; 45p per mile beyond 25 miles from Bristol.

Pausing and changes

• Accounts may be paused once for up to one month in any 12-month period. The month paid for is not refunded.
• You can move up a plan, or to Compelite Pro, at any time, effective from your next billing month.
• Moving down needs 30 days’ notice and isn’t available within the minimum term.
• Pricing may be reviewed annually with 30 days’ notice.

Getting started

• We need 2 working days’ notice from sign-up before onboarding begins.
• Your first post typically goes live within 10 working days of us receiving your brand assets and account access.
